Refund Policy

At DSD E-COM, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with all services, tools, and subscriptions we provide. Due to the nature of our digital products and personalized services, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Digital Products & Extensions
All digital products (such as browser extensions, tools, or downloadable content) are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded. If you encounter a technical issue, please contact us at help@dsdecommerce.com, and we will work promptly to resolve the problem.
2. Custom Services
Custom services (e.g., store setup, product SEO, photography sessions, branding, etc.) are made-to-order and involve dedicated time and resources. Therefore, these services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project has not started and you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative processing fees.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions (including Discord membership, spreadsheet assistants, and VA services) are billed on a recurring basis as indicated at the time of purchase.

No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Exceptions may be considered in the event of technical issues preventing access or use of the service.
4. Service Quality Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with a delivered service due to quality concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details. We’ll review your case and may offer a revision, credit, or alternative resolution at our discretion.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage open communication before initiating any dispute or chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and access to purchased services.
